AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20 Indoor): Finished 500m in 1:13.30 at Utica (2/8)...Ran 800m in 2:12.69 on the same day...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019 XC): Completed 8k in 31:23.8 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/18)...Finished 10k in 40:52 at the NCAA East Region Championships (11/9)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in cross country, winter and spring track, basketball and baseball for the Rocketeers...Named a Hockomock League All Star...Captained the winter and spring track teams...Helped the program go undefeated all four years.
