AS A SENIOR (Outdoor): Finished the 400m in 1:06.36 at AIC (4/6)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS AS SENIOR (Indoor): Completed 400m in 1:05.93 at Utica (2/2)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Helped the 4x400m relay run 4:20.68 at NE10s (5/5/18)...Finished 400m in 1:03.87 at RPI (4/29/18)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Finished 200m in 30.54 at Dickinson (2/3/18)...Helped the Golden Knights 4x400m run 4:21.40 at NE10's (2/18/18).

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor): Member of the 4x400 relay team that finished in 4:06.50, the fifth-fastest time in school history, at RPI (4/29/17)...Clocked in at 29.01 in the 200m at Brockport (4/14/17)...Finished the 400m in 1:05.81 at the same meet.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Completed the 200m in 30.33 at Colgate (2/11/17)...Finished the 400m in 1:08.49 at Villanova (1/27/17)...Finished the 500m in 1:30.50 at the NE10 Championships (2/18/17).

AS A FRESHMAN (Outdoor): Dashed 200m in 29.31 at the RPI Classic (4/30/16)...Completed the 400 in 1:05.35 at the NE10 Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN (Indoor): Established new personal bests in the 400m and 500m at BU (2/6/16) with times of 1:06.90 and 1:28.61.

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in cross country and track with the Cougars.
