GENERAL: Also on the Saint Rose cross country team…Describes the perseverance of professional skateboarder Chris Cole an inspiration to continue to work hard…Says the biggest influence in his life is music…Listens to Modest Mouse, Death Cab For Cutie, and The Shins…Enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, and longboarding…Wants to teach high school math and coach cross country following his Saint Rose career…Said his best sports moment was winning his heat and placing seventh in the 800 meters at the Northeast-10 Conference Outdoor Championships.
 
AS A JUNIOR (2015): Landed in the Saint Rose indoor top-five with a career-best 1:57.16 in the 800m at the Scarlet & White Invite (2/7)…Registered season-bests in the 1000m (2:34.19) at the Armory Collegiate Invite (1/29) and in the mile (4:30.60) at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23)…Third leg of the outdoor 4x800m relay that took sixth and set a program record of 7:46.38 at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/2)…Picked up a pair of career-bests at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/25) in the 200m (24.12) and the 400m (51.74)…Registered a season-best 1:56.29 in the 800m at the NE-10 Outdoor Championship…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for both the fall and spring semesters.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2013-14): Nabbed a career-best 51.02 and fifth place in the 400m at the Capital District Classic (4/26)…Finished 12th in the 800m (1:56.31) at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/2)…Ran a 4:13.00 for a 31st place mark in the 1500m at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/5).
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2012): Part of the 4x800m medley relay team that took first place at the Army Crowell Open (1/5) and third place at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/16) with times of 8:35.15 and 8:00.95, respectively…Ran to a fifth place finish at the Indoor Championships in the 1000m with a time of 2:33.74…Finished third in 4:06.08 during the 1500m at the Springfield Invitational (4/20)…Helped the distance medley relay team to a school record at the Penn Relays (4/25) behind a time of 10:10.31…Came in first place in the 800m at the Capital District Classic (4/27) by clocking in at 1:56.59…Recorded a 1:54.44 during the NE-10 Outdoor Championship (5/4) 800m.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: An All-State selection for cross country in 2010 and 2011…Named All-State for indoor track in 2009, 2010, and 2011, and also for outdoor track in 2011 and 2012…Was a conference champion and state runner-up in the 800m.
