SYRACUSE, N.Y.– Defending national champion and third-ranked Le Moyne rolled to a 15-0 shutout victory over Upstate Challenge rival The College of Saint Rose earlier today.
The Dolphins (7-1/4-1 NE10), which entered the
Northeast-10 Conference game ranked third in scoring defense, held Saint Rose without a shot for the first 12:19 of the contest. The Golden Knights (1-6/0-3 NE10) were outshot 57-9 on the afternoon.

Joe Shapiro led all players with three caused turnovers.
Freshman attack Sean Emerson and junior attack Justin Kesselring each totaled four points for Le Moyne.
Looking ahead, both teams have NE10 games on Saturday. Saint Rose hosts #16 Southern New Hampshire at 1pm while the Dolphins host Franklin Pierce at 2pm.
