ALBANY- The College of Saint Rose announced today that Mark Lupo has been chosen as the athletic office and equipment coordinator. In the newly-created position, he will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of the department of athletics and oversee all aspects of the Golden Knights' equipment room.
 
"We are excited to have Mark join the athletics department staff," said Cathy Haker, Director of Athletics and Recreation. "He is able to multi-task and brings broad experience in the athletics retail business which will be an asset in meeting his varied responsibilities."
 
Previously, Lupo worked as the general manager of an area sporting goods store where he was in charge of all daily operations. He also has worked for WSOCTV in Charlotte, World Wrestling Entertainment, and WTEN.
 
Lupo earned a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from SUNY Oneonta.
