The Plot: The College of Saint Rose celebrates its annual "Pink Zone" day with a  Northeast-10 Conference game versus New Haven.

Pink Zone: All gate receipts from today's doubleheader will be donated to the fight against cancer.

Last Time Out: Saint Rose rebounded from a 15-point deficit midway through the second half only to fall just short in a 68-62 setback Thursday night at American International. Junior guards Gabie Polce and Jamie Hutcheson scored 19 and 16 points respectively. The duo also combined for nine assists.

Last Meeting (11/13/13): Saint Rose had a halftime lead slip away as host New Haven earned a 71-68 win in the Northeast-10 Conference opener for both teams. Hutcheson nearly posted a "triple-double" with 12 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds. Polce and junior center Mariah Lesure each tallied 14 points. Polce added five assists and two steals while Lesure totaled seven blocks and six rebounds, helping Saint Rose to a 51-40 rebounding advantage. Sophomore guard Briana Bradford scored a game-high 24 points that included a 5-for-8 performance from beyond the arc for New Haven. Bradford also passed out five assists while junior forward Bria Moore finished with 13 points and six rebounds. The Chargers forced 18 Saint Rose turnovers while only giving up nine.

Scouting Saint Rose (9-12/4-11 NE-10): Saint Rose attempts a league leading  24.7 free throws per-game. Hutcheson has dished out at least four assists in the past five games. Additionnally, she has knocked four, 3-pointers in each of the past two games. The Golden Knights have featured 11 different players in the starting lineup.

Scouting New Haven (14-7/9-6 NE-10): The Chargers have experienced two seperate four-game win streaks this season, including one to open the year. Junior guard Aquillin Hayes is second in the NE-10 in rebounding. Moore is shooting 41.1 percent from beyond the arc. The Chargers do not feature a freshman on their roster.

Up Next: Both teams are on the road in the middle of the upcoming week for conference games. Saint Rose travels to face Pace in Pleasantville, NY on Wednesday at 5:30 pm while New Haven will be in Syracuse on Tuesday for a 5:00 pm contest at Le Moyne.
