Gabie Polce led Saint Rose with 20 points as she shot 7-for-12 from the floor. Sophomore guard
Staci Barrett followed with 12 points and 11 boards for the double-double. Briana Richmond-Peters ('14) paced Goldey-Beacom with 13 points, followed by Chelsea Grover and junior guard Jasmyne Lewis with 10 each. The Golden Knights grabbed 17 second chance points, and 10 on the fast break.
Scouting Saint Rose (2-3): Saint Rose has dropped two of its last three contests, including a 76-59 loss to
Northeast-10 Conference foe Adelphi on Tuesday. Senior guard Jamie Hutcheson paces the Golden Knight offense with 11.6 points per-game and 8.8 boards per-game. Barrett sits just behind as she averages 10 points and 5.4 rebounds. Junior guard
Tyler Hansen is shooting a team-high 6-for-16 from beyond the arc, and Polce has sunk 8-for-9 from the line.
Scouting Goldey-Beacom (0-5): Currently without a win this season, the Lightning have dropped recent contests to New Haven (80-72) and West Chester (77-55). Senior guard Lillian Chukwueze paces Goldey-Beacom with 12.0 points and 6.7 rebounds per-game. Freshman forward Britani Bryson averages 10.6 points and 9.2 boards per-contest to rank behind Chukwueze. The Lightning hold a .334 shooting percentage, including a .248 mark from behind the arc.
