The Plot: The College of Saint Rose returns home for the first time since Saturday, November 23 to host  Northeast-10 Conference rival American International this aftenoon.

Youth Day: All children 12-years-old and under accompanied by an adult will be admitted FREE!!!

Last Time Out: Four players scored in double-figures as Saint Rose picked up a 77-62 victory at Southern Connecticut State on Wednesday, December 4. Senior guard Desiree Simmons scored a game-high 19 points and came up with five steals while sophomore guard Nicole Bini added 13 points. Junior guard Gabie Polce finished with 11 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, and three steals. Freshman forward Staci Barrett contributed 10 points and eight rebounds.

Last Meeting (2/23/13): American International held off an early second half run by Saint Rose to upend the Golden Knights 55-48. The Yellow Jackets took advantage of 21 Golden Knights turnovers by turning them into 15 points. Bini and junior center Mariah Lesure each scored nine points to lead Saint Rose. Junior forward Krista Ferrentino led all scorers with 26 points, while sophomore guard Ebony Easter added 15 points thanks to a 9-for-10 effort from the charity stripe to pace American International.

Scouting Saint Rose | 5-4/2-3 NE-10: The Golden Knights have won back-to-back games for the second time this season. Saint Rose picked up a 63-54 non-conference win at Georgian Court on Monday, December 2 followed by last Wednesday's win at Southern Connecticut. Today is the first game in 10 days for the Golden Knights and will be the last until next weekend's "Saint Rose Holiday Classic presented by Recovery Sports Grill". Saint Rose is ranked first in the conference in free throws made (18.4), free throws attempted (27.0), total rebounds (44.9) and rebounding margin (+9.7). Lesure has moved into 10th all-time in school history with 88 career blocks.

Scouting American International | 6-2/3-2 NE-10: The Yellow Jackets have won two in a row by an average of 23.5 points per-game, both at home versus Southern Connecticut State and Pace. Ferrentino is leading the team with 15.9 points per-game as American International is averaging 65.4 points while holding opponents to 59.1. The Yellow Jackets are also outrebounding teams by a +6.3 margin and holding them to 38.5 percent shooting from the floor.

Up Next: Saint Rose and American International will both participate in the Saint Rose Holiday Classic next weekend. The Golden Knights face Domincan at 1:00 pm for "Happy Holidays Night" followed by the Yellow Jackets versus Chestnut Hill at 3:00 pm. Sunday will feature American International and Dominican at 12:00 pm. Saint Rose and Chestnut Hill will then tip-off at 2:00 pm.
