The Plot: The College of Saint Rose looks to pick up its first home victory of the season while Adelphi University is attempting to string together back-to-back wins for the first time this season.

Last Time Out (11/20/12): Despite a career-high 23 points from freshman guard Tyler Hansen, the Golden Knights had a 12-point halftime advantage slip away as Le Moyne rallied for a 71-67 victory.  In the process, the Dolphins earned a point in the year-long "Upstate Challenge" series between the two institutions.  Sophomore forward/center Mariah Lesure contributed 10 points and 13 rebounds off the bench for Saint Rose while senior forward Jessica Walton also notched a "double-double" behind 12 points and 10 rebounds.  The Dolphnis created the comeback by generating 23 points off of 21 Saint Rose turnovers, compared to only surrendering five.

Last Meeting (2/8/12): Sophomore guard Gabie Polce poured in a career-high 23 points on 6-of-7 shooting from 3-point range.  She also collected five of the Golden Knights' 21 assists.  Alison McGrath played a key reserve role as she added 10 points, nine rebounds, and three steals.  Furthermore, Saint Rose held a 42-33 advantage in rebounding as Ali Johnson pulled in a team-high 11 boards.  Junior forward Jessica Kitrys led the Panthers with 22 points, 16 rebounds, and two steals.

Scouting Saint Rose (2-2/0-2 NE-10): Saint Rose has falled into a two-game slide after winning two straight to begin the season.  A key strength to this point for the Golden Knights has been the rebounding effort, as the team holds a +13.7 margin.  The group has also added 2.5 blocks per-game to protect attacks around the rim.

Scouting Adelphi (2-2/1-1 NE-10): Senior guard Jade Jackson has recorded three straight "triple-doubles" and is averaging 14.8 points, 11.8 assists, and 9.8 rebounds per-game.  For her efforts, she has been named the Northeast-10 Player of the Week each of the last two weeks.  In four games thus far, the Panthers hold a +7.25 scoring margin.  Sophomore guard Kelly Mannix leads the groups in scoring with 19.0 points per game while Kitrys adds a scoring clip of 16.8

Up Next: Both teams have 1:30 pm conference games on tap for this Saturday, December 1. The Golden Knights have a road date at Pace University while the Panthers return home to host Assumption.
