CALDWELL, NJ – The College of Saint Rose women's volleyball team knotted things 1-1, but host Caldwell College used a balanced attack to take a 3-1 (19-25, 25-21, 15-25, 20-25) non-conference victory over the Golden Knights tonight at the Newman Center. The Cougars have now won three in a row since suffering their lone loss of the 2011 campaign, while Saint Rose is winless in two straight following its season-long seven-match win streak.

Ariana Wilson handed out a season-best 39 assists.
Caldwell (12-1) had six players register at least five kills led by junior outside hitter Susan McDonough and sophomore middle blocker Becca Feczer. McDonough wound up with 13 kills and 15 digs, while Feczer hit .526 behind 10 kills and no errors in 19 swings.
Looking ahead, Saint Rose returns to its Northeast-10 Conference schedule this Saturday when the Golden Knights welcome Adelphi University for a 1:00 pm match at the Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium. Meanwhile, the Cougars have a pair of home matches Saturday against Georgian Court University and Dowling College.
