ALBANY – The College of Saint Rose women's volleyball team served up 10 aces and hit a blistering .299 to cruise to a 3-0 (25-12, 25-20, 25-19) Northeast-10 Conference win versus Saint Michael's College today at the Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium. The Golden Knights have now won two in a row and three of their last four, while the Purple Knights suffered their fifth straight loss.

Brian Goodale was presented with a commemorative ball in recognition of his 200th career coaching victory, which was recorded in a 3-0 triumph at Le Moyne on October 4. Furthermore,

The Golden Knights (13-8/8-4 NE-10) received 13 kills and 11 digs from Bobo this afternoon. Kahrs added eight kills and a like number of digs, while freshman libero
Katy Daniels led all players with 17 digs.
A pair of freshmen also had a fine day behind the service line for Saint Rose.
Ariana Wilson chalked up four aces to go along with 14 assists.
Tori Daniels contributed 18 assists, five digs and four aces as well.
Junior right side hitter Tracy Peterka led a balanced attack for Saint Michael's (14-16/3-10 NE-10) with nine kills. Junior outside hitter Katie Walsh chipped in eight kills and 11 digs, while sophomore middle hitter Chelsea Covitz tossed in eight kills behind a .467 hitting percentage.
Both squads return to action Tuesday evening. Saint Rose heads to Assumption College, while Saint Michael's plays host to Middlebury College. Both contests are set to begin at 7:00 pm.
