Nicola D'Errico put Saint Rose on the scoreboard in the fifth minute when she one-timed home a cross from the right side that was delivered by Herbert.
The match remained 1-0 at the break although the Golden Knights manufactured a 12-3 shot advantage up to that point. Sixteen minutes later, Herbert delivered a cross to Cuffari who found the upper-far corner from the left side of the box. Evans then concluded the scoring with less than nine minutes remaining when she gathered a loose ball near the top left-corner of the box, settled, and let go a volley that whistled under the crossbar.
Up next, the Golden Knights are scheduled to host conference rival American International on Saturday at 1:00 pm. The Panthers meanwhile have a 5:00 pm home conference date with Le Moyne on tap for Friday.
