SPRINGFIELD, MA – Host American International College improved to 11-2 at home this season following a 3-0 (17-25, 23-25, 16-25) Northeast-10 Conference victory versus The College of Saint Rose women's volleyball team at Butova Gymnasium tonight. The Yellow Jackets (16-9/7-4 NE-10) have now won eight of their last nine, while the Golden Knights are in the midst of a mild two-match skid.

Sarah Kahrs led Saint Rose (6-17/3-8 NE-10) with eight kills and 10 digs. Freshmen defensive specialist

Christina Strezenec each added nine digs.
Five players registered at least six kills for American International led by senior middle blocker Keziah Kashouh. Kashouh led all players with 11 kills. Meanwhile, junior outside hitter Ellisha Terry finished with 14 digs to go along with six kills.
Furthermore, junior setter Kervelle Redhead filled up the box score with 29 assists, five digs, three kills and two blocks.
Saint Rose returns to action one week from tonight when the Golden Knights welcome Southern New Hampshire University to the Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium for a 7:00 pm league match. American International has a non-conference doubleheader tomorrow at C.W. Post. The Yellow Jackets play Dowling College at 1:00 pm before taking on the host Pioneers at 3:00 pm.
