ALBANY – Time Warner Sports will do a live telecast of this Wednesday's Northeast-10 Conference basketball contests between The College of Saint Rose and host Le Moyne College. The women's game is scheduled for 5:30 pm, with the men's game set to follow at 7:30 pm. The broadcast, which will originate on Channel 26 in Syracuse, will also be aired on Channel 3 in the Albany market.

As announced earlier, Time Warner Sports will also do live telecasts of two Saint Rose home basketball doubleheaders later in the season. The first of those will feature Bentley and Saint Rose on Monday, December 8 in addition to the Le Moyne and Saint Rose games on Tuesday, February 10. CBS Channel 6 Sports Director Doug Sherman will handle the play-by-play responsibilities for those two dates.

As for Wednesday, both the Saint Rose and Le Moyne men's basketball squads head into their league debut off of season-opening losses. The Golden Knights fell 69-64 to visiting Philadelphia University on Saturday, while the Dolphins suffered an 88-51 setback at Syracuse Sunday.

The two women's teams on the other hand are both coming off of tournament victories. The Golden Knights won the championship at the James A. Richardson Tip-Off Tournament that was hosted by Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. Saint Rose upended University of Sciences in Philadelphia 79-48 on Saturday and handed the host Lady Lions an 80-63 setback yesterday. Meanwhile, Le Moyne won both of its games at Kutztown University's (PA) Golden Bear Classic. The Dolphins defeated Pitt-Johnstown 70-52 Saturday and came up with an 85-73 victory versus Slippery Rock yesterday.
