BRONXVILLE, NY – The College of Saint Rose women's volleyball team had seven players record at least five kills as the Golden Knights snapped a mild two-match skid behind a 3-1 (25-11, 25-21, 19-25, 25-20) non-conference victory at Concordia College this evening.
Freshman middle hitter
Chelsea Tyler led the Saint Rose (12-7) attack with 10 kills and a .643 hitting percentage after committing only one attack error in 14 attempts. Meanwhile, sophomore middle hitter
Kelly Ryan finished with eight kills and freshman setter
Theresa Staulo passed out 43 assists, served up six aces and registered five kills.

Alyssa Broccoli, sophomore outside hitter
Rachel Baxter and freshman outside hitter
Marilyn Glamack added seven kills apiece.
The Clippers (2-21), who have now dropped 16 straight matches, received 15 digs and 12 kills from freshman outside hitter Amanda Margedant. Furthermore, sophomore libero Amanda Byrd wound up with 15 digs and five kills and freshman setter Jaymee Wise contributed 10 digs and five kills.
The Golden Knights return to Northeast-10 Conference action on Saturday when they visit Saint Michael's for a 1:00 pm league match in Colchester, VT. Concordia is idle until Tuesday when the Clippers entertain Mercy College at 7:00 pm.
