GENERAL: Expected to compete in the 100 and 200 breaststroke events…Also played golf in high school…Would like to become an elementary school teacher and swimming coach following her undergraduate studies at Saint Rose…Listed her father as someone who has influenced her the most…Favorite movie is “High School Musical”…Works as a lifeguard and a swim instructor in her hometown during the summer…Said Boston Red Sox outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury is the athlete she admires most.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Participated in seven different events while specializing in the 500 and 1,650 free…Recorded eight, top-five finishes throughout the year…Swam a season-best 500 free time of 5:53.83 at the Metropolitan Conference Championships (2/20/09)…Also turned in her best 1,650 free performance of the year at Metros behind a 20:08.18 clocking…Was second in the 200 breaststroke in a double dual meet at Southern Connecticut with Queens (1/30/09) after hitting the wall in 2:50.91.

AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in six individual events throughout the season…Was also part of the 200 and 400 medley relay squads…Touched second in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:23.77 versus Le Moyne (12/8/07)…Also finished second in the 200 medley relay at the Hartwick Relays (10/27/07)…Placed third in the 200 IM at Utica (11/3/07) in 2:33.18.

HIGH SCHOOL: Named to the All-Shoreline Team and also garnered Athlete of the Month honors on one occasion…Participated on the swimming and golf teams at Haddam-Killingworth.
