GENERAL: Could see time as a left-handed DH and in the outfield this season……Said his brother is the person who has had the greatest impact on him…Favorite movie is “Rudy” and his favorite food is Fondue…Favorite food is Rocky Mountain oysters…Said Muggsy Bogues is the athlete he most admires…Aspires to become an elementary school teacher following his graduation from Saint Rose…Said winning a sectional championship in football has been his greatest sports moment to date.

AS A JUNIOR: Finished second on the team with a .282 (46-for-163) batting average…Scored 17 runs and recorded 20 RBI…Played in a team-leading 43 games, including 42 starts…Had 11 multi-hit games…Strung together a team-best 14 game hitting streak from 3/5/12 through 3/25/12…Batted at a .357 clip (20-for-56) with seven RBI during that span…Hit .314 (27-for-86) with runners on base…Went 2-for-5 with three RBI and a run scored in a 9-4 win versus Concordia (3/8/12) during the Palm Beach Challenge…Went 2-for-3 with a triple, four RBI, and two runs scored during a 15-2 win versus Southern Connecticut State (4/14/12)…Wound up 3-for-5 with two runs scored throughout an 8-6 win at Saint Anselm (4/7/12).

AS A SOPHOMORE: Started 26 of the 30 games that he appeared in…Finished third on the team with a .311 (33-for-106) batting average and 18 RBI…Stroked eight doubles…Recorded 10 multi-hit games and six multi-RBI games…Batted .379 (22-for-58) with runners on base…Strung together a seven-game hit streak from 4/21/11 through 5/1/11 during which he batted at a .400 (12-for-30) clip with six runs scored…Went 3-for-4 with three runs scored and a double to help lead the Golden Knights to a 9-4 victory versus American International (4/26/11)…Drove in three runs in a 9-5 win versus Saint Anselm (4/3/11)…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A FRESHMAN: Appeared in 13 games and made six starts…Hit .250 (6-for-24) and had a pair of RBI.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time All-State pick in both baseball and football for the Cannoneers…Three-time, first-team All-Area pick in baseball and twice garnered the same honor for football…Served as a three-year team captain for the baseball squad…Was part of sectional championships for the baseball, basketball and football teams at Watervliet…Played baseball for Pete Strand…Also played for the Lansingburgh Royals Connie Mack team.
