GENERAL: Transferred from Iona two years ago…Played legion ball for the South Troy Dodgers…Is expected to assume the starting third base job and also have a prominent role out of the bullpen…Will most likely hit in the second hole…Said Derek Jeter is the athlete he most admires…Mentioned that his parents and brothers are the people who have had the greatest influence on him…Has a brother who played at Binghamton University from 2006-10.

AS A JUNIOR: Batted a team-leading .310 (40-for-129) and tied for the team lead with 20 RBI…Scored 16 runs and was successful in 10 of his 11 stolen base attempts…Recorded a team-best .407 on-base percentage…Had 10 extra-base hits…Was twice named to the NE-10 weekly honor roll (4/9/12 & 4/16/12)…Had a team-leading 12 multi-hit games on the year, including three, three-hit outings…Also had five multi RBI performances…Strung together an eight game hitting streak from 4/14/12 to 5/5/12…Hit at a .500 (15-for-30) clip with five RBI during that span…Went 3-for-4 with three runs scored to lead the Golden Knights to a 15-2 win versus Southern Connecticut State in the back end of a doubleheader (4/14/12)…Went 2-for-4 with three RBI in a 15-5 setback to then 16th ranked Le Moyne (4/17/12)…Also drove in three runs behind a pair of hits in an 8-6 triumph versus Concordia (3/6/12) during the Palm Beach Challenge in Lantana, FL.

AT IONA: Appeared in 24 games and made 15 starts in 2011 for the Gaels…Started 32 games as a freshman in 2010.

HIGH SCHOOL: Five year varsity starter at LaSalle…Team captain and Louisville Slugger preseason All-American as a senior…New York State Sportswriters Association second-team All-State selection as a senior and a first-team pick as a junior...Was named the Player of the Year by both The Troy Record and Albany Times Union...Was furthermore honored by both of those publications as the section II Large School-Player of the Year as a junior…Received the Sal Forino Outstanding Achievement in Baseball Award during his junior season as well…Helped lead the Cadets to the 2005 and 2008 section II championships.
