GENERAL: Team co-captain…Lone fourth-year runner for the Golden Knights…Has the potential to finish among the top-five on a regular basis…Her father, Richard, competed in cross country and track…Has a cousin, Martin Hemsley, who ran cross country and track at both Oregon State and Iona…Enjoys running, hiking and swimming…Said winning the section IX cross country championship was her best sports moment…Would like to obtain a job in business in New York City following her career at Saint Rose…Dean’s List member.

AS A JUNIOR: Competed in six of the squad’s eight meets…Turned in a season-best 5k time of 20:20 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/12/07)…Finished seventh overall at the Bryant Invitational (9/22/07) after covering the 5k course in 21:57…Was also seventh at the season-opening Harry Lang Invitational (9/1/07) with a time of 26:34 at the 6,000-meter distance…Took 55th out of 128 entries at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/3/07) in a 6k time of 25:59.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Was the top Saint Rose finisher in three consecutive meets…Took second overall at the second annual Golden Knights Joust (10/6/06) with a 20:17 clocking…Also registered the second fastest time against Union and Hamilton (9/9/06), crossing the line with a season-best 5k time of 20:11…Recorded an eighth place finish at the Le Moyne Invitational (9/30/06) after completing the 5k layout in 20:51…Finished 40th at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/5/06), completing the 6k course in 24:52…Placed 48th at the NE-10 Championships (10/22/06) with a time of 21:11.

AS A FRESHMAN: Earned second-team All-Conference honors after finishing 20th at the NE-10 Championships (10/23/05) with a time of 20:55.2…Was named the conference’s Freshman of the Week on three occasions (9/6/05, 10/3/05 and 10/17/05) and was twice chosen to the weekly honor roll (9/19/05 and 10/10/05)…Competed in all eight events for the Golden Knights…Was the top finisher for Saint Rose at six meets…Posted a season-best time of 19:47.10 to finish 83rd among 186 runners at the UAlbany Invite (10/15/05)…Also posted a sub-20-minute time, finishing second at the Golden Knights Joust (10/8/05) with a 19:58 clocking…Was 17th at the Fordham Fiasco (9/17/05), covering the 5k course in 21:42.82…Placed sixth at the Bryant Invite (10/1/05) with a time of 20:56.00…Recorded a 42nd place finish at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/6/05) with a 6k performance of 25:21.6.
