GENERAL: Team co-captain…Looking to contribute after battling injuries for a majority of her sophomore season…Mentioned her grandmother and father as two people who have had a great influence on her…Enjoys running and playing a variety of sports in her spare time…Said her favorite food is pasta salad…Has a brother, Rory, who was on the cross country and track and field teams at SUNY Cobleskill…Would like to get into sports broadcasting following her graduation from Saint Rose…Works at the State Department of Public Affairs in Albany.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Covered the 4,200-meter course at the Harry Lang Invitational (9/1/07) in 23:01.

AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in six of eight events…Ran a personal-best 5k time of 22:27 at the NE-10 Championships on her way to an 88th place finish…Took eighth at the second annual Golden Knights Joust (10/6/06) with a 22:55 clocking…Ran a 22:38 against Union and Hamilton (9/9/06) to finish 21st…Also came in 31st in the 4,200-meter race at the season-opening Harry Lang Invitational (9/1/06) in a time of 21:07.

HIGH SCHOOL: Part of the Patroon Conference championship squad as a senior…Two-time MVP of both the track and field and cross country squads…Four-year captain of the cross country team…Two-year captain of the track and field team…Honored as Berlin’s Senior Athlete of the Year…Also lettered in swimming…Ran for her father, Richard Ingraham.
