GENERAL: Listed his family as the people who have had the greatest influence on him…Said Jackie Robinson is the athlete he admires most…Enjoys spending time with friends…Favorite movie is “Remember the Titans”…Said going to nationals in just his second year of running track was his best sports moment.
 
AS A JUNIOR (2015): Collected personal-bests in all six of his events, including a program record and first place in the long jump (7.08m), and another Saint Rose best in the triple jump (13.54m), both at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/22)…Finished 40^th in the nation in the long jump (7.08m)…Took third and nabbed another career-best in the 60m hurdles (8.40) at NE-10 Indoors…Named to NE-10 Indoor Weekly Honor Roll on 1/27…Laid down his third Saint Rose record of the year at the UAlbany Spring Classic (4/18), finishing second in 14.66 in the 110m hurdles…Took second in the same event at the NE-10 Outdoor Championship (5/2) in 14.76…Registered personal-records in the 100m (11.19), also at the league championship, in the 200m (22.37) and triple jump (13.15m) at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/25), and in long jump (6.90m) at UAlbany (4/18)…Named to NE-10 Outdoor Weekly Honor Roll 3/25, 4/8 and 4/22…Collected indoor and outdoor USTFCCCA All-East Region accolades.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2014): Garnered fourth in the 60m hurdles at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/22) in 8.52…Posted career-bests in the long jump (6.72m) at the Yale Invite (1/11), and in the 200m (23.59) at the Terrier Invite (1/25)…Finished first and collected career-bests in the long jump (6.72) and the 110m hurdles (15.28) at the SUNY Oneonta May Meet (5/10).
 
AS A FRESHMAN (2013): Finished fifth in the 60m hurdles at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/16) behind a time of 8.49…Also posted a long jump of 6.20m at the NE-10 Indoor Championships for 15^th place…Best long jump of 6.65m came at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/6) for fourth place…Ran a 15.36 for third in the 110m hurdles at the Springfield Invitational (4/20)…Used a long jump of 6.48 meters for first at Springfield…Placed sixth at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/4) in the 110m hurdles behind a 15.67 clocking that followed a season-best 15.48 time during the preliminaries. 
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Was an All-League, All-County and All-State selection at Copiague…Was also an All-America second-team Junior Olympic performer.
