College of Saint Rose Athletics

GENERAL: Will take on an increased role this season and will be called upon for points in the breaststroke…Is a lifeguard during the summer…Listed U.S. Olympian Edwin Moses as the athlete he most admires…Enjoys playing guitar  and video games in his free time.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Swam all four breaststroke disciplines in addition to four other events throughout the year… Had 12, top-five performances…Finished 10th in the 200-yard medley at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (1/31/13-2/2/13) with a time of 1:59.97…Swam a winning 200 breaststroke time of 2:22.82 and hit the wall in 1:04.83 to take third in the 100 versus Bentley (1/12/13)…Was also third with a 2:11.59 clocking in the 200 IM at that meet…Took third in the 100 breast and fourth in the 200 at the Pace Invitational (11/30/12-12/1/12) with respective times of 1:03.94 and 2:26.56…Was fourth in both events at Southern Connecticut State (10/26/12) with a 1:06.03 time in the 100 and a 2:26.09 performance in the 200.

AS A FRESHMAN: Had two wins and earned 17, top-three finishes, nine coming in the 100 and 200 breaststrokes…Picked up his first collegiate race victory at the Florida Tech Invite (1/7/12 ) with a 100 breaststroke time of 1:07.74…Followed it up a week later with a winning 200 breaststroke time of 2:20.23 versus Saint Michael’s (1/14/12)…Had a pair of second place finishes at Utica (11/7/11) with times of 52.70 and 11:28.65 in the 100 and 1000 freestyles respectively…Placed second in his first collegiate event with a 1:04.56 clocking in the 100 breaststroke at the Hartwick Quad (10/22/11).

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned a varsity letter and the academic improvement award at Hopkinton…Also ran track for the Hillers.
