AS A SENIOR (XC): Completed 8k in 28:41.1 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/18/19)...Finished 10k in 37:45.6 at the NCAA East Region Championships (11/9/19)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Clocked in at 1:59.23 in the 800m at West Point (5/9/19)...Helped the 4x800m relay finish in 8:12.71 at Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/3/19)...Completed 1500m in 4:15.35 at SUNY Delhi (4/13/19).

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Completed 800m in 2:03.02 at NE10s (2/17/19)...Part of the distance medley relay that clocked in at 10:58.41 the previous day.

AS A SOPHOMORE (at Garden City CC (Outdoor): Completed 800m in 1:59.17 at the Texas Relays (4/1/17).

AS A SOPHOMORE (at Garden City CC) (Indoor): Placed fifth at the Cavalier Relays with a 1000m time of 2:46.66 (1/20/17)...Ran 800m in 1:59.05 at the Pittsburg State Gorilla Classic (2/10/17)...Completed 800m in 1:59.88 to finish tenth at the NJCAA Region VI Championships (2/17/17)...Clocked in at 2:11.23 in the 800m at the NJCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships (3/4/17)...Time was good for 26th place.

AS A SOPHOMORE (at Garden City CC) (XC): Competed at four events...Established a career-best with an 8k time of 29:03.0 at the 2016 Fort Hays State Tiger Open (10/8/16)...Finished 121st at the meet...Came in 72nd at the 2016 Region VI XC Championships with a time of 30:41.0 (10/29/16)...Completed 8k in 29:07.3 at the NJCAA D1 National Cross Country Championships (11/12/16).

AS A FRESHMAN (at Garden City CC) (Outdoor): Finished 10th in the 800m at the Leon Johnson Invitational with a career-best time of 1:59.44 (4/9/16)...Part of the 4x800 relay team that went 8:08.09 to place fourth at the NJCAA Region VI Championships (4/30/16)...Placed 27th in the 800m with a 2:11.35 clocking at the same meet.

AS A FRESHMAN (at Garden City CC) (Indoor): Finished 12th in the 1000m at the NJCAA Region VI Championships (2/20/16)...Helped the Broncbusters DMR finish fourth at the same meet with a 10:40.63.

AS A FRESHMAN (at Garden City CC) (XC): Ran in five 8k races...Finished 53rd at the Emporia State XC Invitational with a time of 30:01.6 (9/25/15)...Placed 124th at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open with a season-best time of 29:26.2 (10/10/15)...Competed in the NJCAA D1 National Cross Country Championships (11/14/15)...Finished the 8k in 31.13.
