AS A SENIOR (Indoor): Completed 800m in 2:07.03 at Emmanuel (12/7)...Ran the mile in 4:41.87 at TCNJ (1/11)...Finished 5000m in 16:21.72 at Utica (2/1)....Helped the 4x800m relay finish in 8:32.52 at TCNJ (1/11)...Part of the DMR that clocked in at 11:11.31 at NE10s (2/21).

AS A SENIOR (XC): Finished 49th at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships with an 8k time of 29:23.3 (10/27)...Completed 10k in 34:04.2 at the NCAA East Region Championships (11/9)...Time was good for 54th...Clocked a season-best 8k time of 26:22.2 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/18)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester...Represents the program on SAAC.

AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Completed 10,000m in 33:19.82 at NE10 Championships (5/3)...Time ranked fourth in school records...Helped the 4x800m relay finish in 8:12.71 at the same meet...Finished 5000m in 15:55.75 at UAlbany (4/20)...Ran 800m in 2:06.00 at RPI (4/27)...Crossed the 1500m finish line in 4:18.10 at SUNY Delhi (4/13)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Completed 3000m in 9:46.31 at St. Joseph's (2/11/18)...Finished 5000m in 16:39.76 at Ramapo (1/19/18)...Represented the program on SAAC.

AS A FRESHMAN (Indoor): Completed the 5000m in 17:10.78 at Villanova (1/27/17)...Ran a 4:51.34 mile at Colgate (2/11/17)...Finished the 3000m in 9:41.73 at Northeast-10 Conference Championships (2/18/17).

AS A FRESHMAN (XC): Finished 122nd with a time 36:42.8 at the NCAA Division II East Regional (11/5/17)...Placed 185th after crossing the finish line in 28:57.79, a personal best, at the James Earley Invitational (10/8/17).
