GENERAL: Makes his return to cross country after not competing a year ago…Would like to become a teacher and coach following his Saint Rose career…Enjoys running, swimming and biking in his spare time…Said his sister has had a major influence on him…Best sports moment was covering the 5k trek at Warwick Valley in 17:32…Dean’s List student.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Took part in four meets…Recorded his swiftest 8k time of the year behind a 29:14.70 clocking at the NYIT Running of the Bears (9/19/09)…Crossed the line in 29:36 at the Paul Short Run (10/2/09)…Wound up 17th overall in a dual meet victory at Le Moyne (10/10/09) after stopping the clock in 32:19…Also completed the 8k layout at the Shacklette Invitational (9/12/09) in 30:24.

AS A FRESHMAN: Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence…Saw action in four events during his rookie campaign…Turned a season-best 8k time of 30:15 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship (10/25/08)…Also covered the 8k layout at the Paul Short Run (10/3/08) that was hosted by Lehigh University in 30:32…Wound up 10th in a dual meet at Le Moyne (10/11/08) behind a 31:36 clocking…Also made an appearance at the NCAA East Regional (11/9/08) where he finished the 10k race in 38:26.2.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track and field for Dave Frazier at Mepham…All-Conference performer in cross country…Also garnered All-Division honors in track…National Art Honor Society member…Spanish Honor Society affiliate.
