GENERAL: Team leader who will return as a key component for the Golden Knights in a multitude of strokes including the freestyle and butterfly…Member of the Saint Rose record 800 freestyle relay team…Mentioned that Tim Tebow is the athlete he most admires…Said his father is the person who has had the greatest influence on him throughout his lifetime…Favorite movie is “Wall Street”…Favorite food is burritos…Has a cousin who is on the diving team at Fordham University…Works as a lifeguard during the summer…Aspires to obtain his MBA after competing his undergraduate studies at Saint Rose.

AS A JUNIOR: Was part of the second place 400 and 800 freestyle relay events at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (2/2-4/12)…Had six event wins on the season and finished among the top-three in 22 of 27 individual events he entered…Three of his first place finishes came in the 200 freestyle…He went 1:49.51 in that event at Skidmore (11/12/11), 1:47.55 versus Le Moyne (11/19/11), and 1:49.63 versus Bentley (1/15/12)…Also won the 100 butterfly versus Le Moyne and Bentley with times of 54.55 and 56.24 respectively…Won the 500 freestyle at Utica (11/7/11) with a 5:08.86 clocking…Helped Saint Rose to second place finishes in the 400 and 800 freestyle relays at the NE-10 Championships (2/2-4/12) with times of 3:10.95 and 7:04.99 respectively…Also placed third at that meet in the 200 butterfly behind a 1:58.29 clocking…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Was part of the winning 800-yardfreestyle relay quartet that set a school record at the NE-10 Championships (2/4-6/11) with a time of 7:00.72…Named to the NE-10 weekly honor roll (11/2/10)…Swam leadoff as the Golden Knights set a 200 free relay record with a 1:26.45 clocking at the Metropolitan Conference Championships (2/18-20/11)…Recorded 10 individual first place finishes on the season…Finished first or second in the 100 freestyle in every dual meet in which he competed, with his best performance coming against Adelphi (1/22/11) with a 1:48.49 performance…Named to the NE-10  Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.

AS A FRESHMAN: Gained a reputation for being one of the top sprinters in the NE-10, coming away with three, first-place finishes in the 50 freestyle with times of 22.88 against Utica (11/7/09), a season-best 22.78 versus Saint Michael’s (1/16/10) and 23.18 at Adelphi (1/23/10)…Also took first place in both the 200 and 500 freestyles at Bentley (1/17/10) with times of 1:50.62 and 5:00.98 respectively…Swam firstplacetimes in the 100 backstroke with a 57.70 mark versus Saint Michael’s (1/16/10) and in the 400 IM with a time of 4:28.00 against Skidmore (1/24/10)…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.

HIGH SCHOOL: Advanced to the state championships in each of his four years at Wahconah Regional…Four-time member of Berkshire Eagle All-Star Team…Named Berkshire County MVP as a junior in 2008…Also played baseball for the Warriors.
