Biography

GENERAL: Is expected to contribute points as a diver…Favorite movie is “Zoolander”…Enjoys riding dirt bikes…Works as a lifeguard and swim instructor during the summer…Said his parents have had the greatest influence on his life…Enjoys rock climbing and kayaking…Would like to obtain his masters upon completion of his work as an undergrad.

AS A JUNIOR: Finished second on both the one and three meter boards last season, posting a career-high score of 352.00 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (2/2-4/12) at the one meter height…Followed that up with a personal best 370.50 on the three meter board with a second place finish at Metropolitan Conference Championships (2/2-4/12)…Two time NE-10 Diving Athlete of the Week (1/10/12 and 2/20/12)…Claimed 10, first place finishes on the season, sweeping both the one meter compulsories and optional dives on two occasions, at Utica (11/6/11) and versus Saint Michael’s (1/14/12)…Also took home both the one and three-meter top spots at Florida Tech (1/7/12)…Topped the 200-point mark on the one meter board in a dual meet for the first time in his career by scoring 207.45 at Skidmore (11/12/11)…Named to NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Earned six, first-place finishes on the season, five of them coming on the one meter board…Swept the required and optional categories against Le Moyne (11/20/10) for a second straight year with scores of 152.55 and 216.90 respectively…Claimed his first collegiate win on the three meter board versus Skidmore (11/13/10) with a score of 192.82…Recorded his highest point total at the NE-10 Championships (2/4-6/11) with a fourth place score of 286.05…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.

AS A FRESHMAN: Took home first place honors three times, all on the one meter board…Swept the compulsories (139.45) and the optional dives (154.20) against Le Moyne (11/21/09)…Also finished first at Queens (1/13/10) with a score of 183.25…Placed fifth on the one meter board at the NE-10 Championships (2/5-7/10) with a score of 274.85…Had his highest point total on the season at the Metro Championships (2/18-20/10) by tallying 277.80 points.

HIGH SCHOOL: Honored as a scholar-athlete at Manchester…Member of National Honor Society…Was also a member of the track & field team.
