GENERAL: Owns one individual school record and is also part of the school record setting 400 free relay squad…Expected to compete in the 100 and 200 backstroke along with the 200 IM this season…Mentioned her mother as someone who has inspired her the most throughout her lifetime…Enjoys cooking and embroidering in her spare time…Favorite movie is “Under the Tuscan Sun”.

AS A JUNIOR: Helped the 400 free relay squad establish a school record behind a time of 3:44.67 at the Metropolitan Conference Championship (2/22/09)…Put forth her best 200 back effort of the year with a 10th place time of 2:15.23 at Metros…Accomplished the same feat with a 1:01.37 clocking in the 100 back…Was eighth at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship (12/5/08) in the 200 IM (2:22.93)…Bettered that time with a preliminary clocking of 2:20.90 at Metros…Contributed at least a top-five performance on 13 occasions throughout the year.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Swam the leadoff leg on the 200 and 400 medley relay squads that established then school records at Metros (2/23/08)…The 200 medley relay team took seventh in 1:55.76, while the 400 medley relay touched in fifth with a 4:09.64 clocking…Put up a season-best time of 2:17.83 in the 200 IM at Metros…Registered four first place finishes on the year…Hit the wall first in 1:04.63 versus Adelphi (1/26/08).

AS A FRESHMAN: Set an individual school record in the 200 backstroke as well as a personal-best in the 200 individual medley…Both swims came at Metros (2/18/07)…Hit the wall in 2:11.75 in the 200 back…Also clocked a 2:17.63 in the 200 IM…Swam the lead-off leg on the 400 IM squad that took seventh at Metros in a time of 4:16.79…Named to the NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll on four occasions throughout the season…Contributed seven first-place finishes during the year…Took top honors at Saint Michael’s (1/20/07) in the 100 and 200 back.

HIGH SCHOOL: Owns school records in the 200 medley relay and 400 freestyle relay at Lake Highlands…Was a district, regional and state qualifier in her event…Earned All-American consideration…Captain of the swimming team…Also received the Spirit Award.
