GENERAL: Chose to attend Saint Rose for its beautiful campus located in the heart of Albany and wonderful professors...Attended Belmont Abbey College and the University of Maine Orono before transferring to Saint Rose as a junior.

AS A SENIOR (Indoor): Ran the mile in 6:17.52 at Princeton (12/8)...Chosen as an Outstanding Senior from the School of Arts and Humanities...Pi Sigma Alpha International Honor Society in Political Science Member...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A SENIOR (XC): Finished 5k in 22:33.4 at the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup (10/20/18)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (At Belmont Abbey): Named second-team All-Conference Carolinas...Received the 2015 DII All-Academic Cross Country Award.
