AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Finished 800m in 2:00.72 at SUNY Delhi (4/13)...Completed 5000m in 17:33.79 at AIC (4/6)...Helped the 4x800m relay clock in at 8:12.71 at Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/4).

AS A JUNIOR (Indoor): Completed 800m in 2:00.49 at Princeton (12/8)...Ran a 4:53.90 mile at TCNJ (1/12)...Helped the 4x400m finish in 3:28.28 at Utica (1/26)...Part of the distance medley relay that finished in 10:58.41 at NE10s (2/16).

AS A SOPHOMORE (Outdoor):Completed 800m in 2:05.03 at UAlbany (4/22)...Crossed the finish line in the 1500m in 4:13.20 at the same meet...Finished the 5000m run in 15:47.15 at RPI (4/29).

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Ran a 4:28.29 mile to place second at Colgate (2/11)...Finished fourth in the 1000m with a time of 2:41.72 at the same meet...Completed the 3000m run in 9:08.39 at Utica (1/14)...Crossed the finish line in the 800m in 1:59.73 at Villanova (1/27)...On the 4x800 relay team that placed eighth at NE10 Championships with a time of 8:19.90 (2/18)...Part of the 4x400 relay team that finished in 3:31.53 at Villanova (1/27).

AS A FRESHMAN (Outdoor): On the 4x800m relay team that set a school record with a time of 7:43.50 at the NE10 Conference Championships (5/6)...Finished the 1500m in 1:58.68 at RPI (4/30)...Ran a 4:31.54 mile at Central Connecticut (4/2)...Completed the 5000m run in 15:36.07 at UAlbany (4/23).

AS A FRESHMAN (Indoor): Crossed the finish line in the 800m in 1:58.68 at BU (2/6)...Ran a 4:22.84 mile at the same meet...Completed the 3000m run in 9:10.81 at UAlbany (1/16)...On the distance medley relay team that finished in 10:23.44 at NE10 Championships (2/20).

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field at Kingston High School…Collected a Section IX championship in the 1000-meter, and currently holds the school record in that event…Named All-Section IX second team for cross country.
