AS A JUNIOR (Outdoor): Selected for the Google Cloud Academic All-District® Team...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 5,000m and the 10,000m...Received the Northeast-10 Conference Sports Excellence Award...Won the 10,000m at NE10 Conference Championships with a time of 37:47.29 (5/3)...Completed 5,000m in 17:46.79 to finish second at NE10 (5/4)...Clocking, good for third in the region, ranks second in school records...Named the (4/10) NE10 Women's Track Athlete of the Week...Set a program record in the 10,000m run with a time of 36:15.35 at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/6)...The clocking, which met an NCAA provisional qualifying standard and was tops in the region, bested the previous record, set by Deborah Springer in 1995, by more than 13 seconds...Selected for the (4/24) NE10 weekly honor roll...Won the 5,000m at UAlbany (4/20)...Completed 800m in 2:30.37 and 1,500m in 4:52.86 at SUNY Delhi (4/13)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (Indoor): Named to the NE10 Academic All-Conference team...Helped the Golden Knights place fifth in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:45.43 at NE10's (2/18)...Finished 3000m second with a time of 10:22.64 at NE10's...Won the 3000m run at Dickinson (2/3) with a time of 10:19.71...Also won the event with a time of 10:25.53 at St. Joseph's (2/11)...Ran a 5:16.32 mile to take second at Ramapo (1/19)...Represented the team on SAAC.

AS A SOPHOMORE (XC): Placed seventh at the Siena Invitational with a 4k time of 15:43.9 (9/1)...Placed third at the Oswego Invitational with a time of 20:14.4 (9/16)...Completed 5k in 19:21.9 at the Saratoga Invitational (9/30)...Placed 30th with a 6k time of 23:21.01 at NE10 Conference Championships (10/22)...Completed the 6k NCAA East Regional course in 24:43.6 to place 41st (11/4)...Named to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester...Represented the team on SAAC.

AS A FRESHMAN (Outdoor): Completed the 800m in 2:24.91 at the NE10 Conference Championships (5/7)...Finished the 1500m in 5:00.72 at NE10s (5/6)...Crossed the 5000m finish line in 11:11.35 at UAlbany (4/22)...Clocked in at 1:04.39 in the 400m at RPI (4/29)...Named to the NE10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (Indoor): Completed the 800m in 2:30.91 at Villanova (1/27)...Ran a 5:38.37 mile at East Stroudsburg (2/5)...Crossed the 1000m finish line in 3:14.15 at Utica (1/14).

AS A FRESHMAN (XC):  Placed 83rd at the NCAA Division II East Regional with a time of 24:21.2 (11/5)...Completed 6k in 25:03.2 at the NE10 Conference Championships (10/22)...Finished 6k in a season-best 24:11.43 at the James Earley Invitational (10/8)...Crossed the 5k finish line in a fall-best 19:24.5 at the Saratoga Invitational (10/1)...Registered a 5k time of 20:21.1 to place 21st at the Bruce Kirsh Cup (9/17)...Named to the NE10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the fall semester.

HIGH SCHOOL: Captained her cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field teams with the Flying Dutchmen under the direction of David Kosier and Peter Cure...Helped set the school indoor record in the 4x800...Won the 2016 Female "Unsung Hero" Award.
