AS A JUNIOR: Touched second in the 100 breast with a time of 1:06.49 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship...Finished just 0.39ths of a second behind the winner with a 200-yard breaststroke time of 2:23.57 at the NE10 Championship meet...Took the first place in the 3x100 in 3:34.57 at Hartwick Relays...Touched in 1:10.16 in the 100 breast and 2:32.76  in the 200 at the Hartwick Quadrangular...Part of four winning relay teams...Hit the wall first with a 100 breaststroke performance of 1:10.12 against Bridgeport...Took first in the 100 and 200 breaststrokes by going 1:10.5 and 2:31.81 respectively against Southern Connecticut...Swam a winning 200 breast time of 2:28.29 at Bentley...Won the 100 breast in 1:08.94 against Le Moyne...Swam a second place time of 1:07.60 in the 100-yard breaststroke and touched fifth in both the 50 and 200 breaststrokes with respective times of 32.00 and 2:29.52 at the Gompei Invitational...Part of the 400 medley relay team that swam a tenth place time of 4:11.16 at the Gompei Invitational...Swam a 17th place, 50 breast time of 33.28 at the Florida International University Sprint Invitational...Won the 100 breast in 1:09.21 against Adelphi...Swam a fifth place time of 1:49.28 for the 200 medley at the first session of the 2016 Northeast-10 Conference Championships...Garnered the NE10 Academic All-Conference Honor...Helped The College of Saint Rose women's swimming and diving team once again garner Scholar All-America accolades from the College Swimming Coaches Association of America...Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for both fall and spring semesters.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Recorded 18 top-five finishes individually including seven wins…Captured first place in the 100 breaststroke on five occasions and posted a season-best time of 1:07.97 to finish fifth at the NE10 Championships…Placed sixth in the 200 breaststroke at both the Northeast-10 Championships (2:28.92) and the Metro Championships (2:26.54)…Part of a 200 medley relay squad that recorded five top-five finishes including fifth place at the NE-10 Championships after swimming a season-best 1:51.25…Part of a first-place performance at the Hartwick Relays and versus Southern Connecticut in the 400 medley relay…Took second at the NE-10 Championships in the 400 medley relay with a time of 3:59.16.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Had Nine, top-three individual efforts…Two-time winner of 100-yard breaststroke, including at Hartwick in 1:13.36 and at Adelphi in 1:14.10…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for both the fall and spring semesters.
 
GENERAL: Comes out of the Red Fox Aquatic Club that was coached by Jim Billisemo…Her brother Kevin swam for Saint Rose from 2011-16…Said her parents are the people who have had the greatest influence on her…Aspires to become a first grade special education teacher, specializing in English.

HIGH SCHOOL: Coached by Ron Terwilliger at Arlington…Team captain her senior season…Team went undefeated her last three years…Qualified for the NYSPHAA State Championship all four years…Holds school records in the 100 breaststroke and 200 individual medley…Member of the Student Athletic Council for three years…Earned the “Outstanding Senior Swimmer” award.
