GENERAL: Admires U.S. Olympian Evan Jager…She said running in high school has had the most influence on her…Enjoys hiking and hanging out with friends.

AS A SENIOR: Gutted out a 12th place performance at the NCAA Divison II East Regional Championship by covering the women's 6K layout in 22:09.9 (11/5)... Placed eighth out of 149 individuals at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (10/22) with a 6k time of 22:43.3...Ran a 6k school record 22:03.27 to place third out of 459 individuals at the James Earley Invitational (10/8)...Became the first female in Saint Rose history to break the 18 minute threshold in the 5k by running a 17:54.1 to place third out of 157 runners at the Saratoga Invitational (10/1)...Registered a 5k time of 19:13.8 to place fourth at   the Bruce Kirsh Cup (9/17).
 
AS A JUNIOR: An All-East Region selection…Named to Northeast-10 Conference Second Team…Finished 20th out of 186 at the NCAA East Regional Championships after completing the 6k course in a personal-best 22:26.7…Was the top Golden Knight runner in all six meets…Finished first out of 83 at the Purple Valley Classic (9/26)…Place ninth out of 409 at the James Early Invite (10/10) with a personal-best 5k time of 18:50.74.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Ran in all seven races…Finished the 5k Saratoga Invitational with a time of 19:32…Displayed a stellar performance of 22:45 (6k) at the NCAA East Regional to claim 23^rd out of 185 runners…Her performance in the season-finale landed her a spot on the All-East Region team, and allowed her to set a Saint Rose record, surpassing the previous mark of 22:51.5 set by Jordan Westcott ’14 at the same course in 2012…Finished first for the Golden Knights in the final four races of the season, nabbing a season-best 16^th place finish at the NE-10 Preview Meet...Her 19^th place finish at the NE-10 Championship landed her a spot on the All-Conference Third Team, and aided in a ninth place finish for the women overall.  
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in three races…Ran her 5k season-best in 21:23 at the NE-10 Championship, and her 6k season-best in 28:42 at the Paul Short Run…Had her best finish of the season at the Purple Valley Classic (9/28), crossing the line in 47^th out of 90 runners…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester in recognition of academic excellence.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and indoor and outdoor track for Dave Feuer at Cornwall…Was an All-America selection in 2012 as well as All-State the previous two years…Won the section IX sportsmanship award.
