AS A SENIOR: Finished the 6k in a personal-best 27:25.40 at the James Earley Invitational (10/8)...Completed the 5k in a season-best 22:00.8 at the Saratoga Invitational (10/1)... Crossed the line in 26:18.8 at the NCAA Division II East Regional (11/5)...Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for both the fall and spring semesters.
  
AS A JUNIOR: Ran in three meets…Recorded a season-best 25:53.2 at the 5k Purple Valley Classic…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in three races…Registered a season-best time of 23:23.06 in the Disney Cross Country 5k…Laid down a time of 27:47.5 (6k) at the ECAC Championship for another season-best…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Did not compete.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned letters in cross country and track and field… Member of the National Honor Society.
