PRs: 5k – 19:20 (2016 Saratoga Invitational); 6k – 23:32.31 (2016 James Earley Invite)

AS A SENIOR: Ran a 67th place time of 23:57.1 at the NCAA Division II East Regional Championships (11/22)...Placed 77th with a time of 25:20.0 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (10/22)...Completed 6k in a personal-best 23:32.31 to  finish in 38th at the James Earley Invitational (10/8)...Finished in a season-best 19:20.9 to place 36th at the Saratoga Invitational (10/1)...Registered a 5k time of 20:22.2 to place 22nd at the Bruce Kirsh Cup (9/17)...Recognized by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for academic and athletic achievement this past fall...Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence for the spring semester.
