GENERAL: Senior academically, but has two years of eligibility left after missing most of his true sophomore season in 2013…Said that Ken Griffey, Jr. is the athlete he most admires…Mentioned that his father is a person who has had a great deal of influence on him…Enjoys sushi and steak…Played for the Long Island Storm club team.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2014): Started 35 of the team’s 41 contests…Made nine starts in left field, three in right and 23 as the designated hitter…Finished third on the team with a .276 batting average (40-for-145)…Had 16 RBI…Was second on the squad with 12 extra base hits and 25 runs scored…Tied for the team lead with 13 stolen bases…Had nine multi-hit performance…Put together a team best 23-game hit streak (2/23/14 to 4/13/14) during which he batted .320 (31-for-97) with 13 RBI, 20 runs scored and nine extra-base hits…Hit .318 (14-for-44) with runners in scoring position and had seven, two out RBI…Went 3-for-4 with three runs scored, an RBI and a double in an 11-9 setback vs. Kutztown (3/15/14)…Wound up 3-for-6 with two runs scored, an RBI, and a double in an 11-10 win at Assumption (4/6/14)…Drove in a pair of runs during a 6-1 victory versus Upstate Challenge rival Le Moyne (4/3/14).
 
AS A SOPHOMORE (2013): Made just three appearances due to injury…Did not appear in a game after the middle of March…Came out of the bullpen to toss 5.2 innings of three-hit, shutout ball to pick up the win in a 1-0, 10 inning victory versus Dominican (3/6/13).
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Made two starts and eight relief appearances…Went 0-1 with a 3.31 ERA throughout 16.1 innings of work…Recorded six strikeouts…Surrendered a hit and tossed 2.1 innings of shutout ball out of the bullpen in an 8-3 victory at Assumption (4/25/12)…Worked 4.1 innings and allowed just two hits throughout his final three appearances of the year.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Helped lead Kings Park to the 2010 Suffolk County Championship…Was a two-time All-League pick…Captain of both the baseball and football teams as a senior…Played baseball for Mark O’Brien.
