Biography

GENERAL: Third-year team captain…Top returning scorer…Comes out of Challenge United premier club…Expected to once again play a vital role up front…Listed Mia Hamm as the athlete she most admires…Said her parents are two people who have had a great deal of influence on her…Would like to study physical therapy in graduate school, obtain her doctorate and do some coaching following her career at Saint Rose…Said capturing the 2007 NE-10 Championship has been her best sports moment to date…Works as a Physical Therapy Aide during the summer.

AS A JUNIOR: Named a third-team NSCAA/Adidas All-Region pick…Selected as a first-team NE-10 All-Academic pick for the second straight year…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll, in recognition of academic excellence, for the third straight year…Twice named to NE-10 weekly honor roll (8/27/07 & 10/22/07)…Finished fourth on the team in scoring with 17 points on six goals and five assists…Recorded three-game winning goals, including back-to-back games via a 3-2 overtime victory at American International (10/20/07) and a 1-0 NE-10 quarterfinal win versus Bentley (10/28/07)…Figured in all three scores at AIC with a pair of goals and an assist.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Was a member of the first-team NE-10 All-Academic squad in recognition of excellence in both athletics and academics…Also chosen to NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Finished fifth on the team with 11 points on five goals and an assist…Started in 18 of the 20 games she played in…Had the game-winning goal via PK in the 4-0 season-opening victory over #3 Franklin Pierce (8/31/06)…Scored one goal and added an assist in a 6-1 triumph at Caldwell (9/9/06)…Added a pair of tallies, including the game-winner in an 8-1 decision versus American International (10/21/06).

AS A FRESHMAN: Garnered third-team NE-10 All-Conference accolades…Was named to the NE-10 weekly honor roll on three occasions (9/19/05, 10/17/05 and 10/24/05)…Finished tied for seventh in the league in assists…Appeared in all 21 contests and made 20 starts…Was second on the club in scoring with seven goals and a team-high seven helpers…Had a goal and an assist in a 3-1 win versus Southern Connecticut State (9/17/05)…Had two assists in a 3-0 victory at American International (10/22/05)…Named to NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Missed her sophomore campaign due to a knee injury, but still managed to be named a three-time All-Star by both the Patriot News and Carlisle Sentinel…Was also a two-time Carlisle Sentinel “Big 11” pick…Was both the team captain and MVP as a senior…Led Shamrocks to the Mid-Penn championship as a junior, the first such title in school history…Named Colonial Division Player of the Year as a senior…Was bestowed with the Academic Student-Athlete Award as the school’s top female scholar-athlete…Was the area’s third leading scorer as a freshman with 16 goals and four assists…Also lettered in basketball.
