GENERAL: Has goals to become a science teacher after graduation…Hobbies include running, fishing, hiking, and exercising…Cousins, Ben and Jake, were both members of the track & field program at UConn…Son of Jonathan and Jennifer Waruch.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022 OUTDOOR): Recorded a 2:02.27 in the 800-meter at UAlbany (4/23/22)…Completed 1500m in 4:06.08 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (5/6/22)...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021-22 INDOOR): Dashed the 400m in 54.40 at the Utica Winter Opener (1/15/22)…Clocked a 600m time of 1:26.84 at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/11/21)…Finished 1000m in 2:46.78 at the Utica Winter Opener (1/15/22)…Crossed the line in 4:39.00 in the mile at the Utica Blue & Orange Invitational (1/29/22).

AS A FRESHMAN (2021 XC): Completed 8k in 28:34 at the NE10 Championships (10/24/21)...Earned a top-100 finish in the NCAA East Region Championship with a 10k time of 35:24.3 (11/6/21).

HIGH SCHOOL: Captain of the cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track & field teams of the Ganders…Set the school record in the 1600 meter run…National Honor Society member.
