ALBANY, N.Y.- The College of Saint Rose women's lacrosse battled a tough non-conference opponent in Molloy this afternoon, with the visiting Lions coming away with an 11-9 victory on Sullivan Field.
Senior midfield
Daria Bock and sophomore attack Grace Gardener each netted three score for the Golden Knights.

Katy McPeak scored twice and freshman attack
Kylee Payne found the back of the net for a solo goal as well.

Lauren Pendergast provided assists for Saint Rose. Bock was the Golden Knights leader with four caused turnovers.Â

The Golden Knights trailed by four at halftime after the Lions outscored the Golden Knights 5-2 in the second period. After Saint Rose owned the only two goals of the third frame, a 3-1 sprint by the Golden Knights to start the fourth leveled the score at 9-9 with 6:33 left.
Molloy would go on to score the final two goals of the game to claim the non-conference win.
Looking ahead, Saint Rose returns to Sullivan Field to welcome Roberts Wesleyan for a 4:00 pm meeting on Thursday.
