GARDEN CITY, N.Y.- The College of Saint Rose women's basketball team moved to 11-2 on the season and 7-2 in the Northeast-10 Conference with a 61-47 triumph today at Adelphi.

Kaelah Carter bested the Golden Knights with 14 points in the winning effort. Sophomore guard

Maddisyn Mahoney logged 13 points apiece. Mahoney grabbed five rebounds well.Â
Junior guard
Catherine Finnerty finished with nine points and four assists, while sophomore forward
Aniya McDonald-Perry tallied eight points and reached double-digits in rebounds for the third straight game. The pair also registered two steals each.
The second and third quarters were key for the Golden Knights, as Saint Rose outscored the Panthers 32-17 in the middle periods. Carter registered 11 of her 14 points across the two frames to allow the Golden Knights to pull ahead. The final quarter saw Golden Knights convert 7-of-12 (58.3 percent) of their field goals while building a lead that reach 19.
Both Saint Rose and Adelphi return with home contests at 5:30 pm on Tuesday. The Golden Knights host Southern New Hampshire while the Panthers welcome Assumption.
