EAST STROUDSBURG, PA- The College of Saint Rose volleyball team took a pair of straight-set defeats in the final day of action at the East Stroudsburg Tournament.
Senior outside hitter
Jessica Vargas topped the Golden Knights with 14 kills in the opening match against the host Warriors. She also landed a team-best nine kills in the finale versus Chestnut Hill.
Sophomore setter
Alandra Hasbrouck tallied 16 assists and two aces in both contests this afternoon.
The Saint Rose attack struggled throughout both matches today, as the team finished with .075 and .083 hitting percentages in the two setbacks.
Looking forward, the Golden Knights will travel to Orangeburg, N.Y. on Tuesday night to face Dominican at 7:00 pm.
