BUFFALO, N.Y.- The College of Saint Rose suffered setbacks in both of its matches today at the D'Youville Tournament. The Golden Knights wrapped the weekend competition with a five-set defeat to the host Saints as well as a 3-1 loss to West Liberty. 
Sophomore middle blocker 
Joanna Forrest and senior outside hitter 
Jessica Vargas finished with 13 and 12 kills, respectively, in the first match of the day. 
Junior middle blocker 
Julia Cavalcanti logged nine kills and four blocks, while senior middle blocker 
Karleigh Fripp tallied eight kills.
Sophomore 
Alandra Hasbrouck recorded a match-high 34 assists and junior libero 
Katelyn Atchinson topped all players with 25 digs against the Saints.
Cavalcanti registered nine kills and five total blocks in the finale against West Liberty. Fripp and Vargas added seven kills apiece, while Hasbrouck dished out another 31 assists.
The Golden Knights are set to compete in next weekend's East Stroudsburg Invitational, with meetings with Georgian Court, East Stroudsburg, and Jefferson on the docket across Friday and Saturday.
