Albany, N.Y.- The College of Saint Rose baseball team fell to the Bentley University 15-3 at Bob Bellizzi Field today.

Noah Rubino gave the Golden Knights two scoreless innings to begin the game, however the Falcons tagged reliever
Jesse Kuzmich for three runs in the top of third to give the Bentley a lead it would not relinquish.Â
The Golden Knights got one back in the fourth when senior first baseman
Jack McDonald singled, stole second, and then came around to score on a single by freshman third baseman
Jack Griffin that would make the score 3-1.Â
Bentley would blow things open with a ten-run seventh inning.
Saint Rose pinch hitter Josh Meyers depositing a two-run homerun out to right centerfield in the bottom of the ninth to make it a 15-3 final score.Â
Falcon starter Marc Cedrone spun seven strong innings giving up just one run on three hits en route to his second win of the year. Cedrone struck out eight.Â
The Golden Knights are back at Bellizzi Field for a four-game stretch versus Northeast-10 Conference foe New Haven. The Southwest Division series is scheduled to begin with a doubleheader on Saturday, with a twin bill on Sunday closing the set. Schedule may change do to inclement weather.
