SYRACUSE, N.Y.- The College of Saint Rose dropped the first two contests of this weekend's Northeast-10 Conference series at Le Moyne, with the Dolphins sweeping games one and two today by scores of 13-0 and 7-3.
Sophomore shortstop
Vince Venditti finished 3-for-4 in the first game of the day. Senior left fielder
Zephaniah Vaughn logged a multi-hit effort in the opener as well, as he tallied two hits in three plate appearances.
Senior first basemen
Jack McDonald laced a two-run homerun as part of the Golden Knights scoring in the seven-inning game two. Sophomore
James Ward also recorded an RBI in the finale, as he singled home McDonald late in the setback.
Saint Rose and the Dolphins will wrap the weekend with the final two meetings of the four-game set starting tomorrow at 12:00 pm.
