MANCHESTER, N.H.- The College of Saint Rose baseball team fell twice today at Southern New Hampshire. The Penmen, who received votes in the most recent NCBWA national rankings, started the afternoon with a 10-2 win before finishing the day with a 15-3 triumph that marked the 14th consecutive victory for Southern New Hampshire.

Tony Socci hit a solo homerun and sophomore left fielder
James Ward recorded an RBI double to account for the two Golden Knights runs in the opener.Â
Ward smacked a two-run homer that scored Socci in the second inning of game two as well. Senior first basemen
Jack McDonald joined Ward with solo long ball in the finale.
Looking ahead, the Golden Knights will turn around to face Saint Thomas Aquinas tomorrow at 3:00 pm at Bob Bellizzi Field. The Penmen next welcome Bentley to Manchester for a weekend series.
