ALBANY, N.Y.- The College of Saint Rose women's lacrosse team scored nine of the 11 first-half goals to defeat Daemen 16-5 today in non-conference action at the Plumeri Sports Complex.
Saint Rose tallied a 40-12 shot advantage over the Wilcats and received multi-goal efforts from six different players to move to 3-0 on the season.

Kaitlyn Jolly scored four times to led the Golden Knights, while freshman midfielder
Alex Tapia netted three strikes.

Lauren Pendergast, and senior midfielder
Kelly Coster would each finish with two goals for Saint Rose. Ciliento and Penergast also added two assists apiece as well.

Daria Bock scored a goal and secured a game-high nine ground balls. Graduate attack Casey Decatur recorded two goals and two assists to top the Wildcat attack in the defeat.
Next up, the Golden Knights will head west to face Roberts Wesleyan in Rochester on Monday afternoon. Daemen returns to action on Wednesay at Le Moyne.
