Albany, NY- The College of Saint Rose women's lacrosse team defeated the Post University Eagles 16-4 at Sullivan Field Friday to move to 4-1 on the season.

The Golden Knights exploded for 10 first quarter goals, opening up a 10-0 lead which would remain at double digits for the remainder of the game.Â

Daria Bock opened the scoring for Saint Rose just over two minutes into the contest on an unassisted take to the net. Bock would finish with a game high 4 goals on the day.

Emily Robbie would start the scoring in the second quarter on a feed from junior attack
Kaitlyn Jolly. Robbie finished with 2 goals while Jolly registered a game high 3 apples. Freshman midfielder
Grace Gardner would extend the Golden Knights lead to 12-0 with an unassisted goal.Â
The Golden Knights would go into halftime with a 13-1 lead.Â
Bock scored two 3rd quarter goals to give Saint Rose their biggest lead of the game at 15-1.

Saint Rose will have a week off before opening up conference play at Sullivan Field on Saturday, March 18th at 1:00PM when they'll host NE10 foe Pace University.Â
