WEST HAVEN, Conn.- The College of Saint Rose women's soccer team clinched its second consecutive Northeast-10 Conference regular season title with a 4-0 victory tonight at New Haven.
After senior defender
Sanna Rein provided Saint Rose a 1-0 lead with a 41st minute goal, the Golden knights poured it on in the final 45 minutes to claim their fourth consecutive shutout.

Sydney Myers, senior forward
Olivia Boucher, and graduate midfielder
Elina Seppala all netted second half scores for Saint Rose.Â
Junior forward
Mia Klammer provided two helpers, while freshman midfielder
Brielle Zink and junior back
Ryleigh Hopeck aided the offense with an assist each. Â Klammer, who currently lists in the top ten across Division II in goals, assists, and points, is sitting on a streak of four straight matches with at least one point.
The Golden Knights controlled the action for much of the evening, as they finished with a 28-2 shot advantage over the Chargers.
Saint Rose will look ahead to Wednesday's home matchup against nationally-ranked Adelphi. Kickoff is set for 6:00 pm at Sullivan Field.
