ALBANY, N.Y.- The College of Saint Rose dropped a 78-41 Northeast-10 Conference matchup to Bentley tonight at Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium.
The Falcons shot 46.4 percent from the field (26-for-56), while limiting the Golden Knights to 16-of-59 (27.1 percent) shooting as a team. Bentley had the touch from downtown, as the visitors hit 9-of-20 (45.0 percent) from three-point range.Â
Senior forward
Makaela Johnson scored 10 points to lead Saint Rose. Freshman forwardÂ
Aniya McDonald-Perry tallied 9 points and 7 rebounds.
Guard Ella Thompson topped all scorers with 13 points, while guard Kari Brekke added 10 points to help the Falcons improve their NE10-leading record to 6-1.Â
Both teams return to action with conference meetings at 1:30 pm on Saturday. The Golden Knights are back in Nolan Gym to host Adelphi, while Bentley heads to American International to face the Yellow Jackets.
