ALBANY, N.Y.- Senior midfielder
Harry Soederlind scored seven minutes into the second half to provide the game-winning score for The College of Saint Rose in tonight's 2-1 victory over visiting Saint Michael's. With the win, the Golden Knights secure a position in the Northeast-10 Conference men's soccer championship for the fourth consecutive season.
The Purple Knights found the first goal of the evening on an 8th-minute strike by sophomore midfielder Amos Schramm, with Schramm taking advantage of a failed clearance to deposit the right-footed shot from 20 yards away.

Simon Schouby. Schouby would later supply the assist on Soederlind's winning goal as well.
Sophomore
Tomas Rozman tallied six saves to help Saint Rose (9-4-3/5-3-3 NE10) close the regular season with its third consecutive victory. Junior keeper Ian Boudreau turned away three attempts for Saint Michael's (3-9-3/3-5-3 NE10).
Looking ahead, the Golden Knights will begin opening-round action of the NE10 Championship on Saturday, October 29.

Notes: Henriksen was named the Northeast-10 Conference Defensive Player of the Week, in addition to Halldorsson earning recognition on the NE10 Weekly Honor Roll for the period ending Sunday, October 23...Halldorsson is second among the NE10 leaders with 11 goals…Ten different players have scored at least once…The team's six shutouts this autumn matches program record that was set in 2019 and 1990...The 32 total goals scored by Saint Rose is the second-highest mark in the conference.
